If Katsumi wants to be a Pokemon Master, he must learn how to deal with his disobedient Pokemon. Also Katsumi's Gardevoir doesn't even like to stay inside his Pokeball. Very devious and has a very sharp chest.
Not really a good spotlight for Katsumi. I need to draw what Gardevoir looks like before I work on a bigger project. Pointy chest is the best! Poor Katsumi.
